Biorhythm calculations are based on theoretical concepts and should not be used to make important life decisions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of premium features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to your selected plan.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biora and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
